Spectrum is seeking a Senior Business Planning Analyst in Sandy Springs, GA to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis that informs strategic decisions. You will transform data into actionable insights and mentor junior team members.

You'll partner with Finance, Operations and Procurement to align assumptions, analyze trends, and deliver reports and dashboards that support operational excellence and cost optimization.

Formación

Seeking a strategic finance professional who excels at transforming data into actionable insights? At Spectrum, the Senior Business Planning Analyst plays a key role in steering financial performance through advanced budgeting, forecasting and analysis. You will mentor junior team members and partner across departments to influence impactful business decisions that drive operational excellence.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Conduct advanced trend and variance analyses of operational budgets, generating reports and dashboards to track spending and drive KPIs
• Serve as the forecasting subject matter expert, interpreting results and assumptions while building and maintaining financial models
• Identify and quantify opportunities for cost optimization, managing the end-to-end operating expense variance process to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
• Research market trends and assess risks, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Procurement teams to align drivers and assumptions, presenting insights that influence strategic direction
• Mentor junior analysts, review deliverables for quality and standardize methods, templates and controls for analysis and forecasting
