Designs, develops, and advances reporting, dashboards, performance metrics, and business intelligence capabilities that increase visibility into operational effectiveness, workforce trends, financial outcomes, delivery performance, and strategic objectives. Leverages advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and data storytelling techniques to identify trends, uncover opportunities, predict outcomes, and drive data-informed decision-making. Combines analytical expertise, business acumen, and technological fluency to transform data into actionable insights that improve execution, strengthen accountability, and support continuous improvement across a complex organization.
