As a Sr. Business Operations Program Manager, you'll be the engine behind the company's operating model. You'll support our planning cycles, track our most critical OKRs, and help build the analyses that help leadership make smarter resource allocation decisions. You'll work with leaders across the business to keep our operating model running smoothly.
This is a hybrid US role with a strong preference for candidates based in the bay area.

What we offer:
the company takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
