Entegris, Inc. seeks a Principal, Specialty Chemicals Operations to drive business performance from its Ambler, PA site. You will partner with Product Managers, Business Development and cross‑functional teams to coordinate MBRs, track KPIs and deliver leadership-ready insights.

This role requires strong business acumen and executive communication to influence without direct authority. You will develop Management P&L insights for the Specialty Chemicals unit, align with Finance, and translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in FP&A, Commercial Excellence, or Manufacturing Finance is preferred.
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Monthly Business Review inputs and prep exec-ready materials.
• Define KPIs across financial and operational dimensions.
• Prepare and coordinate non-statutory Management P&L for Specialty Chemicals.
• Provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Commercial to track performance and pricing impact.
• Support cross-functional prioritization and CI initiatives.
