The ideal candidate will combine strong litigation skills with sound business judgment and a genuine interest in developing long-term client relationships. 3+ years of relevant experience and Georgia Bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in business, commercial, or complex civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategies and provide practical, business-focused legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Handle matters involving breach of contract, business torts, fraud, fiduciary duties, partnership/shareholder disputes, real estate, and other commercial conflicts.
• Conduct and oversee legal research, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with business owners, executives, investors, and other sophisticated decision-makers.
• Assess legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to resolve disputes efficiently while maintaining a strong position for litigation.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and become a trusted advisor beyond individual matters.
