This role is responsible for delivering reliable, compliant, and high-performing data pipelines that enable the efficient processing and transformation of large-scale healthcare data into actionable insights. Assignments are broad in scope, highly complex, and frequently require interpretation, strategic thinking, and independent decision-making. The Senior Business Intelligence Architect partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to align data solutions with organizational objectives and evolving regulatory requirements. Lead development of scalable data solutions, including building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and automation using advanced SQL and best practices. Drive code quality through reviews, testing, documentation, and team mentorship. Take ownership of complex, ambiguous business problems by translating them into actionable data solutions. Develop strong business domain knowledge and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful insights. Contribute to evolving the team’s data platform and technology stack while demonstrating initiative, curiosity, and a deep commitment to solving data-driven challenges.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $106,900 - $147,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
