What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $72,534 - $119,681 annually, with comprehensive benefits including a pension, retirement plan, generous PTO, holidays, and health coverage.

Location & Schedule

This role supports a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office and two remote days within Colorado. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with potential evening and weekend commitments for public meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and support our Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Conduct project, financial, and asset condition data analysis; develop planning strategies for deferred maintenance.
• Coordinate capital and operational budgeting processes, including data management.
• Serve as a system administrator for PMIS.
• Research and implement innovative data management practices and support leadership with performance metrics.
• Analyze park usage and development movement data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in management and operational analysis, including data analysis and solution implementation.
• Experience with Project Management Information Systems, data management, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
