Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.
• Process improvement experience (Lean / Six Sigma).

• Lead and manage operational projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and manage readiness activities (communication plans, training plans, benefits, etc.).

This position will work with the business owner and cross-functional teams to manage the deployment of business relation activities that span multiple departments.
