The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project/program management, plus experience in healthcare or managed care, and proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and data-driven decision

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
  • Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.
  • Process improvement experience (Lean / Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operational projects from planning through implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and manage readiness activities (communication plans, training plans, benefits, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain standardized methods of implementation to ensure a consistent and integrated customer experience.
  • Perform business impact analyses and drive data-driven decisions to prevent recurrence.

This position will work with the business owner and cross-functional teams to manage the deployment of business relation activities that span multiple departments. This position will provide work direction to the stakeholders participating on the work effort.
