Job summary

Freshfields US LLP is seeking a Business Development Senior Specialist to lead US corporate marketing and business development initiatives, aligning with global strategy. You will craft pitches, campaigns and content, collaborate across practices and geographies, and support key client relationships for the US corporate practice.

You will mentor junior colleagues, manage multiple deadlines, and contribute to opportunity identification while maintaining high-quality collateral and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in a professional services firm with corporate/finance focus preferred.
• Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple US and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead US corporate marketing and business development initiatives with the US Global Transactions leadership.
• Craft pitches, campaigns, content and credentials to support client opportunities.
• Oversee collateral materials, experience lists and marketing resources for accuracy.
• Produce content, campaigns, events and award submissions to engage clients and enhance reputation.
• Mentor junior colleagues on live projects.
