What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and engage senior decision-makers as prospective clients through various outreach methods
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to effectively promote products and services
- Research potential accounts to identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans
- Build and maintain relationships that lead to closed deals and recurring business
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B business development, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, engage, and close new business with senior-level decision-makers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach and proposals
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and track activity

- Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and account mapping
