The Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with our Marketing and Account Executives. This position will be a major change agent at Spring Health, having impact and influence with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. The ideal candidate enjoys testing and learning to ultimately become an effective seller and leader. In addition, we are seeking creative and passionate individuals eager to develop their skill sets to be successful long term in their careers who believe in honesty and transparency.

The target hourly pay for this position is $33.89 per hour and is part of a competitive total rewards package including benefits, variable commission. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
