Senior Business Development Representative

Description

The Senior Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and fostering strategic relationships with potential clients. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in soft skills and technical skills, with a proven track record of achieving 100% of quota for at least 2 years as a Business Development Representative. The role offers a base salary plus monthly variable pay, forming the total compensation package.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through direct and indirect engagement and prospecting.
  • Generate inbound and outbound opportunities, focusing on up-market outbound development.
  • Collaborate with account executives for territory and trade show opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data entry in Salesforce proactively.
  • Offer insights and mentorship to junior team members and leadership.
  • Complete all training and deadlines timely.
  • Mentor team members and train on Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus.

Reporting: Reports to the Senior Director of Business Development.

Location: Onsite at PCS Software Houston, TX office, 3-5 days/week, with occasional travel.
