The Senior Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and fostering strategic relationships with potential clients. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in soft skills and technical skills, with a proven track record of achieving 100% of quota for at least 2 years as a Business Development Representative. The role offers a base salary plus monthly variable pay, forming the total compensation package.
Reporting: Reports to the Senior Director of Business Development.
Location: Onsite at PCS Software Houston, TX office, 3-5 days/week, with occasional travel.
