Senior Manager, Business Development & Client Services

Our client, a fast-growing creative agency delivering high-impact design solutions to some of the world’s most recognized brands, is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development & Client Services to drive growth and build strategic client relationships.

This agency combines technology, global talent, and deep marketing expertise to provide scalable creative services to both emerging companies and established enterprises. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team shaping the future of creative partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead full-cycle business development: prospect, pitch, and close high-value creative engagements.
  2. Qualify inbound leads and proactively pursue new opportunities through outreach and networking.
  3. Develop tailored proposals and creative solutions that resonate with client needs and goals.
  4. Serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for new clients, from initial engagement through hand-off to delivery teams.
  5. Collaborate internally to ensure alignment on client vision, expectations, and creative execution.
  6. Support retention and expansion efforts to grow key accounts into long-term partnerships.

Who You Are

  1. 7+ years of experience in client development or sales, including 3+ years in a creative agency or marketing-focused environment.
  2. Demonstrated success in securing enterprise-level partnerships ($1M+ deals a plus).
  3. Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
  4. Strategic thinker who can build and execute scalable account plans.
  5. Passion for design, creativity, and helping brands bring their vision to life.
