Job summary

You will report to the Director of Business Development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize portfolio performance and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (finance, economics, business, quantitative field)
• 7+ years of experience in business development, accounting, or relevant financial role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and advanced decision support tools
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead market and competitive analyses to inform growth strategies and risk assessment.
• Oversee due diligence for potential investments or targets and assess strategic fit.
• Monitor portfolio performance and advise on capital allocation and risk management.
• Create executive reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with company objectives.
• Lead full M&A lifecycle activities from screening to integration planning while ensuring confidentiality.
