A leading mid-sized CRO is seeking a Senior Business Development Director to join their US team on the East Coast. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in CRO business development, strong communication and leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset. This role involves driving business development strategies and client retention, as well as coordinating activities within the Business Development department.
