Position Overview

Planted Earth Landscaping is seeking an experienced Senior Business Developer to join our growing team. The Senior Business Developer drives strategic growth and leads client development for Planted Earth Landscaping. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with custom home builders, landscape architects, and industry partners to secure new project opportunities, reinforce the company’s reputation for excellence, craftsmanship, and service, and ensure it remains the preferred contractor for the luxury residential market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand business within the high-end residential sector.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with builders, landscape architects, and other key industry partners.
• Lead the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract acquisition.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver accurate proposals and exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand visibility and positioning aligns with the luxury market.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align business development efforts with long-term company vision.
• Contribute to overall company culture by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

Position Range

The base salary range for this position is $70,000–$90,000 annually. This position is also eligible for commission earnings, with an earning potential of $150,000 total compensation. Total compensation will vary based on qualifications, experience, and achievement of sales targets.
