Position Description

The Senior Business Consultant at Bamboo Rose is a critical role responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of our supply chain solutions to our valued customers. This position involves working closely with clients, leveraging Bamboo Rose's platform and expertise to implement value-added business solutions.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

Project Involvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to support various aspects of project delivery.
• Leverage Bamboo Rose process and platform expertise to assist customers and implementation partners in achieving project objectives.
• Contribute insights and industry best-practice recommendations to the definition of the customer's "future state" business processes.
• Play an active role in enabling customers to leverage Bamboo Rose Platform capabilities effectively.

Configuration and Documentation

• Configure the Bamboo Rose application to align with the jointly defined “future state” client business processes.
• Participate in the creation of process documentation, configuration guides, operating procedures, and user/trainer training materials.
• Support configuration of the platform to support the customer's business processes.

Client Engagement

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide support in achieving their supply chain goals.
• Assist in delivering end-user and train-the-trainer training sessions.
• Support customer integration and user testing.
• Support customer conversion and go-live.

Problem-Solving

• Contribute to problem-solving efforts and recommend solutions as issues arise during project implementation.

Communication

• Regularly communicate project progress and updates to Bamboo Rose or implementation partner Project Managers or Lead Business Consultants.
• Identify and escalate project-related issues and risks in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system implementation within the retail product development or supply chain arena.
• Familiarity with retail/consumer products, either in business or information technology.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate at various organizational levels.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
