Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Communications Specialist to partner with leaders and shape internal communications that drive change, engagement, and alignment with business goals.

You will oversee communications across divisions, manage intranet content, and explore new channels to improve employee access to information while supporting an inclusive culture and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in executive level communications.
• 5+ years creating complex PowerPoint presentations.
• 5+ years in project management foundations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate internal communications across sales, service, and operations.
• Plan and deliver organizational announcements, change management communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage divisional intranet content, including development, design, and updates.
• Evaluate and implement new communication channels to improve employee awareness and access to information.
• Support an inclusive workplace culture while addressing audit findings and regulatory issues.
