Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Central Developer / Technical Lead to guide delivery, set standards, and ensure high-quality BC solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable designs, lead architectural discussions, and mentor developers while hands-on coding.

You will optimize integrations, APIs, and performance, drive AI-powered workflows, and coordinate releases with leadership. A strong background in AL and NAV/BC is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AL extensions and BC development.
• Strong understanding of ERP functional areas (GL/Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, SCM).
• Experience leading design discussions and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production environments and mentor developers.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical delivery and establish development standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and plans.
• Lead architectural discussions on customizations, extensions, integrations, and performance.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain BC extensions using AL.
• Mentor junior/mid developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize work and coordinate releases.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Support client environments and maintain long-term stability and security.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across the lifecycle and improve deployment processes.
