Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a Business Central Consultant specializing in Finance & Controlling to advise our business units, optimize processes, and develop future-oriented solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will design and implement finance modules, support international rollouts and multi-company setups, produce financial reports with Power BI or Lucanet, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with BC developers to deliver pragmatic, sustainable systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of Experience as a BC consultant with Finance & Controlling focus.
Strong knowledge of BC finance modules including G/L, AP/AR, and Budgets.
Experience with multi-country rollouts and localizations (German GAAP/IFRS).

Responsibilities

Consult, design, and optimize business processes in BC for Finance & Controlling.
Support international rollouts and multi-company setups.
Translate business requirements into finance solutions.
Implement closing processes: month/quarter/year end, intercompany postings.
Design financial reports and dashboards (Account Schedules, Power BI, Lucanet).
Configure and customize BC in finance areas: COA, posting groups, workflows.
Create concepts and specs for further BC development with internal/ external developers.
Plan workshops with stakeholders to analyze processes and define solutions.
Create training materials and deliver sessions for users and support teams.
