Job summary

The role focuses on producing complex credit analyses for new credit extensions, renewals, and annual reviews, while guiding junior analysts and ensuring adherence to bank policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years in commercial credit analysis, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years in commercial credit analysis.
• Ability to analyze complex credit data and determine risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude to learn systems like Salesforce.com and nCino.

Responsibilities

• Produce complex credit analysis for new credit extensions, renewals, annual reviews, and modifications.
• Lead underwriting guidance and training for other analysts.
• Monitor client operating/financial performance and covenant compliance.
• Prepare loan documentation summaries and maintain credit files.
• Familiarity with bank policies and loan documentation.
