Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years banking experience with external business development.
• NMLS registration in line with SAFE Act and NBH policies.
• Valid driver''s license and driving history meeting Bank standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate within the organization to motivate and bring out the best in others.
• Connect quickly with clients to persuade action while operating under guidelines.
• Lead a sales team pursuing small business and consumer clients for the bank.
• Provide a full range of business banking services including deposit, treasury, and loan products.
• Represent the bank in the community and drive banking initiatives with business clients.
