Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Director of Business Architect to translate strategic intent into actionable architecture, including capability maps, value streams, and operating models. You will collaborate with FP&A, IT/Data, and transformation teams to drive cross-functional integration and value delivery.

This role supports enterprise transformation across Leasing, Customer Logistics, Essentials, Energy, and Data, with a focus on automation, AI-enabled services, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years in business/enterprise architecture or related transformation roles.
Proven ability to map strategy to architecture artifacts and KPIs.
Experience partnering with finance, IT, and transformation teams.
Ability to lead workshops with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an enterprise business capability model.
Translate strategic priorities into architecture artifacts.
Align business architecture with FP&A, IT, and operating models.
Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to map current-state and future-state.
Build business cases with cost modeling, risk assessment, and margin optimization.
Establish architecture standards, taxonomies, and governance.
