Job summary
Guidewire Software is seeking a Senior Business Architect to lead enterprise-scale customer implementations, shaping solution strategy, governance, and delivery success by aligning client goals with scalable Guidewire solutions.
You will partner with Engagement Managers, executives, developers, and product teams to drive standards, AI-enabled productivity, and cross-functional collaboration across regions and programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise software business architecture and delivery across large programs.
- German language skills required for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to define business solutions leveraging base functionality.
- Strong communication with program management, architects, and developers.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery and hybrid cloud strategies.
- Pre-sales involvement and value delivery reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture governance and define requirements across workstreams and regions.
- Mentor architects and align efforts with base Guidewire functionality.
- Present solutions and roadmaps to senior client stakeholders with clarity.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Cloud teams to surface roadmap needs.
- Contribute to internal standards, playbooks, and reusable assets.
- Manage risks, drive delivery excellence, and support cross-functional initiatives.
