Job summary

Capital One Shopping seeks a Business Analysis Manager to guide strategic analytics and pricing initiatives. The role will partner with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive growth and profitability across lending products and customer experiences.

You will lead a small team of analysts, develop risk models, and deliver data-driven insights to inform go-to-market strategies. Remote-eligible with strong analytical focus and executive communication required.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, OR related).
Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration.

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership: develop growth, profitability, and competitive strategies for Capital One Shopping.
Lead and mentor 1–2 analysts; coach and develop talent.
Develop and implement pricing strategies for lending products; lead product-level analytics.
Drive marketing insights for direct-to-consumer and retail channels to inform customer experiences and go-to-market plans.
Advance credit risk by modeling drivers of future trends and testing hypotheses.
Manage delivery of business initiatives and requirements; oversee multiple projects and programs.
Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
Demonstrate strong analytic orientation and decision-making grounded in data.
Exhibit effective executive communication and influence to drive alignment.
