Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior strategist to collaborate across Defense and Intelligence Accounts to advance business analytics across strategy, transformation, and tactical execution, driving growth and client impact.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 15 years of IC/DoD experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

What You Will Do:
This individual will work collaboratively across multiple Defense and Intelligence Accounts to drive growth, client impact, and solution development around business analytics across the strategy, organizational transformation, and tactical execution functions.

Work across organizational boundaries to drive efficiencies

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of FIFTEEN (15) years of progressive experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) customers, with demonstrated expertise in business operations, organizational leadership, business analytics, and management
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex initiatives

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Masters degree
• PMP certification
• Experience building business analytics or related programs
