Job summary

Tria Federal is seeking a Lead Business Analyst and UI designer to support a CBP project in an agile environment. You will elicit, document, and groom user-driven requirements and ensure they are reflected in the software, leading sprint planning and backlog refinement.

The role demands strong communication with Govt Product Owners, SMEs, and stakeholders, plus hands-on UI design through wireframes and mockups to guide development.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery on federal projects.
• Experience eliciting and documenting user-driven requirements.
• Strong backlog grooming and acceptance criteria definition.

Responsibilities

• Act as Business Analyst on CBP federal software program.
• Elicit and define functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Produce UI mockups, wireframes, and BPMN models.
• Write User Stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Groom Product Backlog and plan sprints with Govt Product Owner.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, SMEs and teams.
• Lead JAD sessions and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
