Capital One is seeking a highly motivated, strategic and analytically adept Senior Business Analyst to join our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. Sitting within the Operational Risk Management (ORM) second line of defense, our team provides value-add, independent stewardship of Capital One's Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program.
As a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, you will balance day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) responsibilities with high-impact, long-term strategic initiatives. You are someone who excels at solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and translating data into actionable risk insights.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
