Escalations go to management as needed, with early scoping and follow-ups to clients. Update ATS/CRM promptly. The role emphasizes client-focused communication, data-informed conversations with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of related experience.
• 3–6 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using ATS and CRM tools.

• Analyze the requirements of a job and create job descriptions that are reflective of client needs
• Attract candidates by using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other available sourcing tools.
• Source, attract, screen, and submit applicants to clients.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Express ideas, request actions, and formulate strategies by means of clear and effective verbal communication.
• Attract and deliver candidates that fulfill the short- and long-term needs of the client.
• Pipeline management.
• Experience with client relationship management and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Create positive client interactions by leaving the client feeling understood, appreciated, and confident.
• Use data and market tools to inform conversations with clients and candidates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
