Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field with graduation on or before start date.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field; 1+ years in statistical model building; 1+ years in market research; 1+ years SQL querying; 2+ years in business analysis; 1+ years consulting.

Responsabilités

• Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Product: Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.
• Marketing: Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform design of new customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Credit Risk: Support improvements in credit performance by linking drivers of future behavior to historical data, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses.
• Execution: Develop hypotheses, test analyses, determine feasibility, lead implementation, and monitor outcomes.
• Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Strategic orientation: Strong analytical decision making with a quantitative focus.
