Job summary

Raas Infotek LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and problem-solving within Agile environments.

The candidate will lead requirements documentation (BRD/FRD/SRS/user stories), collaborate with development, QA, and product teams, and facilitate UAT and acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in Business Analysis or similar
• Proficient in gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience creating BRD/FRD/SRS and user stories
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SDLC methodologies
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis
• Capability in process mapping and gap analysis
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for tracking
• Experience with UAT and functional testing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments.
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams.
• Create process flows, workflows, use cases, and UML diagrams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Support UAT, test case reviews, and defect resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and business improvement.
