Job summary

GCyber is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Software Development to support a high-visibility federal IT modernization effort, building secure digital capabilities in a classified environment. The program uses Agile delivery, ServiceNow, Elastic, AWS, Red Hat, and related integration technologies.

The Senior Business Analyst will connect mission stakeholders with the delivery team, ensuring that customer needs become clear, testable, and traceable software and data requirements, while leading

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT II certifications.
• Eight to twelve years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, translate business, data, and system needs into clear requirements, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sessions with customers, product owners, SMEs, developers, testers, cybersecurity personnel, and operations teams.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
