Job summary

CMG Financial is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to bridge business needs and technology delivery. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation across Sales, Operations, and Management.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce is required, along with mortgage industry knowledge and strong communication skills. This is a remote nationwide role within the United States.

Qualifications

• Mortgage software support background (4+ years).
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) with Financial Services Cloud configuration experience.
• Solid understanding of mortgage compliance measures (LE, CD, LO Comp, TRID, ATR/QM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of mortgage business reporting and workflow for Sales, Operations, and Management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology delivery.
• Develop business requirements and related business rules based on Business Group needs.
• Work with Business Partner and SMEs to define, test, train, implement, and support functional requirements.
• Utilize data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition to identify requirements.
• Prepare SDLC-ready deliverables with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Configure and administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud (campaign setup, journeys, data extensions).
• Configure and support Salesforce Agentforce workflows and AI agents on Salesforce platform.
• Administer core Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) including objects, flows, permissions, layouts, reports/dashboards.
• Train users and transfer knowledge to IT Management, Support, and Development teams.
• Report to Product Owner, Salesforce Platform.

We are currently looking for an experienced mortgage business software analyst to help our growing IT Team maintain and enhance our business software on the Salesforce platform. The BA will participate in stand-up meetings with both Technology and Business Partners to facilitate the understanding, clarification, and implementation of requirements of various past, ongoing, and future projects that are assigned.Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) experience is required, along with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce experience. A strong candidate with recent experience in mortgage technology is preferred — but must have strong, direct Salesforce experience.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, *include the following responsibilities, but not limited to*:**1. Create and maintain the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology delivery.2. Responsible for developing business requirements and related business rules based on Business Group needs.3. Work closely with the Business Partner and Business Subject Matter Expert(s) in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements.4. Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis. The Analyst will solicit requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, trainings, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.5. Evaluate assigned work items for SDLC readiness and prepare them for developer handoff, including clear, testable acceptance criteria.6. Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration experience (campaign setup, journeys, data extensions, and audience management).7. Salesforce Agentforce experience — configuring, deploying, and supporting AI agents and agentic workflows on the Salesforce platform.8. Salesforce CRM experience — administering and configuring core Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud), including objects, flows, permission sets, page layouts, and reports/dashboards supporting Sales, Operations, and Management.9. Responsible for training users as well as passing key business product knowledge and understanding to IT Management, Support, and Development teams.10. The BA will report to the Product Owner, Salesforce Platform.11. In general, the role will include the creation/revision of the following analysis documents and deliverables:12. Project Plans, Process Maps, Business Requirements, Business Rules, User Stories, User Flows, Acceptance Tests, Training Materials**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**1. Strong mortgage software support background (4+ Years). LOS, Pricing Engines, Doc Vendors.2. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) and hands-on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) configuration experience.3. Solid understanding of the latest mortgage compliance measures (LE, CD, LO Comp, TRID, ATR/QM, etc.).4. Strong understanding of mortgage business reporting and workflow for Sales, Operations, and Management.5. Strong background working as part of a cohesive IT Team.6. Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of mortgage customers’ needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.7. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.8. Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.9. Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries.10. Proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders.11.
