New Jersey Department of Education is seeking a Project Specialist (Business Analyst) in Trenton. The role acts as a bridge between technical teams and program offices to ensure clear project goals and functional expectations.

You will conduct stakeholder interviews and translate needs into specifications, supporting testing and documentation. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years in business analysis, with familiarity in Agile or hybrid approaches and cloud platforms

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering for technology projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Salesforce and AWS.
• Understanding of data-driven systems and experience supporting data warehouse or reporting projects.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, documentation, process mapping, and user story development.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies preferred.
