What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions to enhance business processes
- Manage complex, multi-system projects with diverse stakeholder groups effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood
- Conduct functional and technical analysis, and perform configuration changes in a customized SAP system
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in SAP business systems analysis or related fields
- Knowledge of key finance functions, including double-entry bookkeeping, P&L, Balance Sheet, and reconciliations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with configuring, implementing, and maintaining FI-G/L, FI-COPA, and FI-AA modules
- Experience in book publishing
- Project management experience and familiarity with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
