Job summary

You will gather requirements via interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and produce artifacts including Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Use Cases, GUI and Screen Designs. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 84 months of experience in healthcare-related government agency serving individuals with special needs.
• 84 months of experience performing business analysis for applications developed in a JAVA software environment.
• 84 months of experience with analysis and documentation of business systems or processes, writing deliverables, requirements, test plans, deployment plans, and related artifacts.
• 84 months of public sector experience communicating with high level staff.
• A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster) certification is required (submit copy).

Responsibilities

• Collect detailed requirements analysis and document processes.
• Gather requirements via interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and use cases; reconcile conflicts and abstract needs.
