Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure goals are achieved with solutions.
• Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives and translate into system specifications.
• Interact with stakeholders to translate objectives into improvements and software requirements.
• Perform feasibility analysis and scope projects, prioritizing deliverables with the PM team.
• Create BRD and translate into functional specifications.
• Provide analytical support: data collection, trend identification, visualization, interpretation.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate operational issues.
• Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Sr BA will be required to liaise between the business and technical teams to ensure business goals are achieved by providing innovative and effective solutions.
• Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
• Interact with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into operational improvements and software system requirements
