We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Business Analyst to join our Financial Systems team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will support Oracle Data Relationship Management (ODR/DRM) hierarchy maintenance and related Financial Systems initiatives, serving as a key liaison between Finance, Technology, MIS, and multiple Lines of Business. The position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of finance-owned hierarchies while supporting critical financial reporting and operational processes. In this role, you will manage and maintain complex financial hierarchies within the ODR/DRM application, review and analyze requests from business partners, and ensure updates are accurately implemented and documented. You will also provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolutions with technology partners, and support audit and compliance activities through thorough documentation and reporting. A key initiative for this team includes supporting the migration from the Oracle DRM on-premise platform to Oracle EDM Cloud. Beyond day-to-day support, this position plays an important role in Financial Systems projects and enhancements. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate processes, recommend solutions, participate in testing activities, and help implement system improvements that drive efficiency and strengthen controls. The role requires a strong understanding of data relationships, financial systems, and business processes, along with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
