Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of IT-business alignment experience (3+ in a lead role), and strong analytical writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years aligning IT systems with organizational processes; at least 3 years in a lead role.
• At least 3 years as a business solutions analyst with HR and financial management projects.
• Minimum 5 years applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• 3+ years IT technical writing experience.
• Experience with Jira is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and document requirements.
• Maintain and update the project schedule to hit milestones.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Manage and track tasks, issues, and progress using Jira.
• Support stakeholder coordination, status reporting, and risk management.
