Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting Business and Functional Requirements.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with User Story Documentation.
• Experience with Agile Delivery Methodologies.
• Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with website development, CMS and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, processes, and test plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business needs and priorities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and design documents.
• Coordinate with UX/UI and development teams to deliver blueprints.
• Lead UAT activities and validate new systems against business needs.
