Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to gather functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Gather and evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Bridge the gap between Development and Business teams to ensure requirements align with needs.
• Utilize technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and communication.
• Create training materials and user manuals to assist adoption of new procedures.
• Identify development areas and assist the project team in anticipating challenges.
• Proactively address potential problems to support smooth implementation.
• Prevent scope creep and promote continuous improvement to meet shifting needs.
