Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholder teams to gather, evaluate, and translate user requirements into technical documentation.
• Support the Design System initiative by analyzing system workflows and developing prototypes.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough QA testing at each stage of systems development.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize operational effectiveness and deliver monthly status reports.
