Job summary

ZS is seeking a technology solutions professional in Evanston, IL, to collaborate with internal and client teams, translate business needs into technical designs, and lead project modules while contributing to hands-on implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions.
• Ability to lead project teams, drive end-to-end activities, meet milestones, and mentor the team.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement high-quality technology solutions.
• Translate business problems into technical designs.
• Lead modules and workstreams within projects and participate in hands-on implementation.
• Work with technical architects to validate design and implementation approach.
• Apply development methodologies and best practices for client and project team experience.
• Support project lead in planning, staffing, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Plan and distribute tasks for timely project delivery.
