The ideal candidate has 4+ years of business/systems analysis, strong Power BI/SQL/R skills, and excellent communication. This 1–2 month onsite contract in Suwanee, GA offers exposure to diverse projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL and R is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and support implementation of technology and analytics solutions.
• Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Document business requirements, procedures, and system processes to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Coordinate testing efforts, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet project objectives.
• Track and resolve technical issues while communicating insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support project coordination by maintaining documentation, schedules, and updates related to project milestones and deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and implementing enhancements that improve system performance and quality assurance.
