Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and drive data‑driven decision making. This 1-2 month contract role requires onsite work in Suwanee, GA, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and system performance.

You will leverage Power BI, SQL, and R to analyze workflows, document requirements, and support testing and deployment while ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Four years or more of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and R is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and support implementation of technology and analytics solutions.
• Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Document business requirements, procedures, and system processes to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Coordinate testing efforts, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet project objectives.
• Track and resolve technical issues while communicating insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support project coordination by maintaining documentation, schedules, and updates related to project milestones and deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and implementing enhancements that improve system performance and quality assurance.
