Job summary

Trebecon LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Data Developer in Quincy, MA with a hybrid work setup. You will plan, document, and translate business needs into data-driven solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver BI platforms and data warehouses.

You will lead requirements analysis, present results to management, and train end users on the Data Platform and BI reports, while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining end-to-end data platform requirements.
• Ability to explain and propose solutions to technical stakeholders, vendors, and business users.
• Experience with sensitive health care data, HIPAA, data privacy controls.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse and Enterprise Data solutions.
• Excellent data analytics and data profiling skills.
• Experience presenting results to management and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and document detailed functional, technical, and business requirements.
• Write business and technical documentation for development and end users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements throughout projects.
• Contribute to project plans and follow PMO standards.
• Communicate milestones and delivery timelines based on capacity and priorities.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions meeting requirements and expectations.
• Investigate, design, and implement data solutions and upgrades.
• Assist in complex data analysis and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Provide data training to ensure users understand the Data Platform and BI reports.
• Cross-train peers; align with Architects, Developers, PMs, and Analysts on use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Gather user requirements and participate in solution reviews for Data Platform implementations.
• Lead presentations of analysis results to diverse stakeholders.
