Qualifications

• Experience documenting functional requirements and technical specs.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and tight timelines.
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK standards.
• Healthcare data reporting systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts stakeholder analysis.
• Conducts market research and analysis.
• Documents current and future state process workflows.
• Creates user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Gathers, documents and validates business, functional and technical requirements.
• Performs functional and integrated testing.
• Prepares project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports and user documentation.
• Works with PMO, developers, and end users to ensure designs meet business requirements.
• UAT support, including test scenarios and cases.
• Supports system go-live activities.
• Builds requirements for stakeholder, solution and transition aspects.
• Authors meeting minutes and agile deliverables.
