Responsibilities

• Produce developer-friendly functional designs, user stories, and wireframes.
• Serve as liaison between business and engineering to resolve issues and provide updates to senior management.
• Conduct user story grooming sessions with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Develop and document business processes for cross-functional applications.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Research software applications to understand functionality and propose change recommendations.
• Lead testing efforts to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Produce process maps and models for proposed applications.
