TriNet is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge our technology and business teams in a core BRM role. You will translate business needs into documented requirements, user stories, and wireframes while collaborating with stakeholders across engineering and operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in business analysis, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to drive process improvements and risk mitigation in a dynamic HR tech environment. Atlanta-based, with potential for remote options.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience expected.
• Experience collaborating with business and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to define application requirements and scope.
• Produce user stories, wireframes, and functional designs reflecting business needs.
• Liaise between business and engineering to resolve issues and report progress.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document business processes.
• Develop and document cross-functional business processes and improvements.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for key initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and share issue-resolution guidance.
• Support testing efforts to ensure solutions meet requirements.
