Qualifications

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Define application requirements with stakeholders.
• Create developer-friendly functional designs, user stories, and wireframes.
• Act as liaison between business and engineering to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Lead user story grooming sessions with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Document and optimize business processes across cross-functional apps.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
• Research software options and recommend changes to senior management.
• Engage with engineering to implement technical solutions.
